Welcome to Wrestling With Coherence, a program operated by Cheagle LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide educational wrestling and coherence programs focused on heart coherence, presence, emotional regulation training, and nervous system awareness. Sessions are offered individually, in groups, or with teams, either in person or online. These services are designed to help athletes cultivate focus, balance, and self-awareness in wrestling performance and are not intended as medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.

2. Memberships and Billing

• Memberships are monthly commitments billed bi-weekly through Stripe.
• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins unless otherwise noted in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Members must provide at least 48 hours’ notice by email to cancel or pause membership.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Private sessions may be rescheduled if 48 hours’ notice is provided via email.
• Group sessions follow a set schedule and cannot be individually rescheduled or refunded if missed.
• Missed or late-canceled private sessions without proper notice will not be credited or refunded.

4. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly during sessions. We reserve the right to discontinue services for any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5. Limitation of Liability

All programs are educational and presence-based. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes and are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages related to participation.

6. Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
